Good levels of progress were made by our children in our nursery and reception classes. In EYFS the percentage of children achieving a Good Level of Development improved by a further 3.3% in 2017. This is now in line with national 2017.

The percentage of children achieving the required standard in phonics increased by 17% in 2017 and is now within 4.4% of national.

Year 2

Pupils who did not achieve the pass rate in Year 1 in 2016 were tested again at the end of Year 2.79% of the children who were re-tested achieved the required standard. So by the end of Year 2, 92% of children had achieved the required standard.
